Description :: -Able to handle full set of accounts on monthly basis
-Manage daily operations of the accounting and finance department including overseeing the work of the accounts staff
-Process month and end year reports, accounts payable/receivable cash, receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliation, check runs, fixed assets activity, debt activity etc
-Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
-To liaise with banks, auditors, tax agent, secretary and relevant government authorities
-Preparation of yearly budget and biweekly cash flow planning
-Meet financial accounting objectives
-Any other responsibilities that management may assign from time to time
Requirements :: -BS degree in Accounting or finance
-Knowledge in GST Practice
-Minimum 3 to 5 years working in service industry
-Able to handle full set of accounts
-Advanced computer skills on Ms Office and accounting software
-Ability to manage large amount of data
-High attention to detail and accuracy
