Description :: 1. To manage administration work includes issue cheque & payment voucher , PO, invoicing, update cash report and bank record , prepare letters.
2. Prepare payroll of company staff and prepare EPF,SOCSO, PCB.
3. Liaise with auditor and perform adhoc activities and requested by management.
4. Handle AP, AR, GST matter in the company, partial account or full set account.
5. Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least SPM education qualification
2. Preferably with LCCI/Diploma in accounting
3. Detail, analytical, accurate and good with numbers
4. Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting system
5. Able to work effectively in a team environment
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills
7. Immediate availability is preferred
8. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
