- 1. Responsible for monthly reconciliation of Bank, Debtors and Creditor.
2. Manage payment transaction such as payment by petty cash, cheque and bank transfer.
3. Assist your superior in the monthly end closing and year end audit.
4. Costing and inventory control.
5. Successful candidate will have the chance to handle AP, AR, GL, Inventory and costing.
6. Responsible to process daily purchase orders received from customer, create sales order, generate pick list, DO and invoice using ERP system.
7. Work closely with warehouse staffs to ensure goods are delivered promptly to our customers.
8. Monitor all completed DO's.
9. Other admin duties as assigned by management
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidates must possess at least SPM with credit in Maths and Accounting.
2. Fresh graduate with degree or diploma in accounting are encouraged to apply.
3. Relevant working experience as added advantage.
4. Good knowledge on Microsoft application i.e.Microsoft Excel & accounting software
5. Applicants must be willing to work in Subang USJ.
6. Able to work long hours when required.
