Description :
1. Supporting the Group's Audit Committee and Management in the execution of Internal Audit activities to ensure effective and efficient system of internal controls and risk management.
2. Providing independent and objective assurance of the Group's risk, governance and control processes.
3. Taking a pro active role to ensure the compliance and continuous improvement are in place at all times.
4. Planning and managing internal audit activities for both financial and operational audits to evaluate existing processes.
5. Recommending improvement of management controls and other corrective measures to optimise company resources and enhance company growth.
6. Planning and conducting compliance and management audit to ensure compliance with the statutory regulations and company's policies and procedures as well as to examine the achievement of companies' objectives.
 
Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree,Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Others or equivalent.
2. Certified Internal Auditor qualification will be an advantage.
3. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in auditing preferably in a public listed company involving construction and property development industries, of which 3 years are at a managerial position.
4. Proven track record in leading audit projects to address business and risk issues appropriately.
5. Strong analytical skills to identify business and risk issues.
6. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Independent, self-starter and results-oriented with strong leadership skills and high-level of integrity.
8. Good verbal and written communication skills in English
