Description :: - Handle full set of manufacturing accounts
- Process all relevant entries in respect of payment, receipt, sales, purchase, accruals, prepayment and journal entries
- Prepare payments to vendors (trade & non trade)
- Matching and checking vendors invoices against Purchase Order and Delivery Order - Perform creditors' reconciliation - Perform bank reconciliation for various bank accounts - Liaise with Warehouse and Inventory Control Department for monthly stock transactions - Prepare monthly sales analysis reports, debtors and creditors ageing reports, audit schedule and fixed assets schedule
- Prepare monthly GST, ATS report and ensure timely submission - Assist in payroll calculation for foreign workers - Assist in process of banking facilities such as L/C, T/R applications
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements :: 1. Must possess at least a LCCI or Certificate or Diploma in
Finance/Accountancy/Commerce or equivalent;
2. Required skills: Autocount, MS Word and Excel;
3. Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
4. At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing industries;
5. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance ¬ General/Cost Accounting or
equivalent;
6. Possess own transport
