- 1. Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the municipal finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
2. Maintain the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all moneys
3. To responsible of Accounts Payable & General Ledger including of journal entries, checking supporting entries and generating financial reports, bank reconciliation and fixed assets register
4. To ensure timely processing and accurate of AP transactions
5. Prepare of year end audit schedule; liaise with company auditors, tax agents on all statutory matters
6. To maintain the accounting records in compliance with accounting standards
7. To ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly operating and financial reports
8. Ensure that all month end closing deadline is met and submission of the relevant reports on timely basis
9. Monitoring and checking site petty cash claims to ensure correctly and with supporting documents in accordance with the company’s practice, standard to meet all regulatory, procedures, LOA, staff manual and guidelines requirements
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
2. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong
4. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
5. Full-Time position(s) available
6. Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
