Description :: • Maintain bank maintenance in S2B & DB timely and accurately
• Identify and settle any disputes or variance arise from supplier
• Process payments settlement run to suppliers approved as per LOA
• Check and verify staff claims and submit for payment timely
• Assist in the closing process, cost centre report preparation and ensure that all AP related accounts are reconciled correctly.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required
• Preferably junior Executive specializing in Finance-General/Cost Accounting
• Experienced in SAP
