- 1. Responsible for full set of accounts, financial & management reporting
2. To handle cheque/cash payment transactions and process staff claims
3. Manage GST-03 submission and reconciliation of account for GST-03 submission
4. Preparation of weekly cash flow and weekly financial report
5. Monitor daily cash flow
6. Manage month-end and year-end closing, financial analysis, tax compliance and annual statutory
7. Prepare working schedules for audit purposes and make arrangement with auditors to ensure reporting deadline is met
8. Liaise with banker on Telegraphic Transfer, Fund Transfer, Letter of Credit (LC) and etc
9. Liaising with external auditors, company secretarial, tax consultants, bankers, customers and suppliers
10. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
11. Responsible for monthly payroll
12. Liaison with the relevant Government Statutory parties for employee enquiry and issue on EPF, SOCSO, PCB, visa, work permit and etc
13. Monitoring staff leave application, attendances and punctuality of staffs
14. Handle the recruitment process, staff performance review, discipline and training and development
15. Maintain staffs PA, Medical Insurance etc
16. Conduct exit interviews
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy
2. Required languages: English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
3. At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
