- 1. Responsible for AP activities of the company to ensure accurate and timely payment of supplier, bills and expenses claims
2. Ensure all invoices and expense claim are properly processed for payments
3. Attend to inquiries pertaining to payment process internally and externally
4. Monitor payment in parallel with cash planning to avoid over or under payments
5. Update accounting entries and relevant transaction data into the accounting system
6. Ensure AP data accuracy and integrity at all times for audit purpose and future reference
7. Maintain proper documentation and filling system
8. Assist in monthly GST preparation and submission
9. Any other duties assigned from time to time
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
2. At least 3 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Applicant must willing to work in Ampang
4. Computer literate with good knowledge of accounting software
5. Preferably specializing in Account Payable, Finance, General Accounting field / Familiar GST / Audit and equivalent
6. Possess own transport
7. Able to start immediately
