- 1. Demonstrate the knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales forecasting. The candidate should have a proven track record of sales success.
2. Initiate and coordinate promotional activities.
3. Administer regular standing orders/replenishment during off peak period or take order during adoption selling period.
4. Manage the Sell-In and Sell-Through of books through regular sales and return analysis and market observations.
5. Regular communication to customers on information and availability of new editions to manage stock holding and returns.
6. Focus effort in promoting in-stock titles to capture immediate sales.
7. Seasonal stock up planning of relevant adoption titles to outlets.
8. To response to customer’s inquiries on adoption prices, stocks availability and order status
- Requirements :
- 1. To be successful in this role you must have the following:
2. Degree or diploma holder
3. A proven track record in sales and sales management
4. Min 3 - 5 years relevant experience
5. Good presentation skills and account development skills with the ability to cater to different target audiences
6. Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
7. Have a proven track record as a self-starter with a strong desire to be successful.
8. Resourceful, able to multi-task and work independently
