Description :
- Support costing and inventory routine functions in order to provide accurate and timely reports for management and financial reporting.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Cost & inventory period close including the cost and inventory accounting for all raw materials, work in process and finished goods inventory.
2. To monitor cycle count activity which conduct by warehouse and manufacturing with proper cut off and justifications for any count variance and corrective action. Ensure continuous improvement for cycle count process and procedure in accordance with policy.
3. Maintain standard costs, cost allocations, variance analysis and other cost accounting assignments.
4. Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure completeness and accuracy of cost accounting records.
5. To review standard costing and provide explanation for purchase price variance, usage variance etc.
6. To monitor inventory ageing, inventory turnover, obsolete/ damage aged finished goods inventory with respective department. Provide E&O reserve in accordance with policy. To verify scrap disposition & closely review all scrap reporting.
7. Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of Oracle and Hyperion system processes for accurate and timely collection of reporting of product costs.
8. To have any other ad hoc assignments.
 
Requirements :
1. Strong Microsoft Excel spreadsheet knowledge.
2. Knowledge on product costing.
3. Must from manufacturing and familiar with ERP system preferably Oracle system.
4. Degree in Accountancy with 5-7 years of related working experience.
5. Must possess ability to drive for result and excellent analytical skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Meticulous and timeliness in meeting deadlines.
7. Possess good interpersonal skills, ability to manage projects and workload with minimal supervision.
