- 1. To maintain full sets of accounts.
2. To ensure timely closing of monthly accounts to meet reportlng's deadlines.
3. To prepare monthly management's reports.
4. To prepare audit and tax schedule.
5. To issue and check invoices, debit / credit notes, JV and other related and similar documentation for any business transactions.
6. To monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
7. To maintain proper filing systems.
8. Custodian of petty cash.
9. Bank reconciliation. - Requirements :
- 1. Minimum Diploma in Finance and Accounting from recognized university or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience.
3. Independent pro-active, result oriented and possess good Interpersonal and accounting skills.
4. Knowledge of ACCPAC Is added advantage. - Lowest Qualification :
