- •Report to Accounts Executive / Finance & Accounts Manager.
•Handling & match Invoice/Delivery Order (DO) / Goods Received Note (GRN) to PO.
•Update accounts payable into ERP System and related filing.
•Prepare AP listing for payment, prepare cheque & match payment in ERP System.
•Assist Accounts Executive to prepare DN, CN and journal entries, as well as AR.
•Update monthly accounts schedule and listing (including fixed assets and depreciation).
•Participate in stock count and fixed assets tagging.
•To perform any other related duties or ad-hoc assignment as and when required by superior - Requirements :
- •Possess at least LCCI or Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or partial qualified in professional exam.
•1-2 year(s) of working experience.
•Those without the above qualification but has more than 3 years experiences in accounting will be considered.
•Familiar with ERP System will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
•Mature, diligent and conscientious and be a team player.
•Good command of English and Chinese.
•Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply - Lowest Qualification :
