- •To produce full set of monthly financial statement by company by stores within the stipulated deadline.
•To produce Note to Accounts and monthly Accounting schedule.
•To assist to provide monthly sales figures by stores to landlord for rental calculation.
•To provide info for statutory reporting, tax agent, banker for banking facilities review, etc.
•To assist to review and checking on monthly Accounting documents like debit notes and credit notes before final posting to Accounts.
•To produce inter-company balance reconciliation, bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
•To provide information by stores for internal audit.
•To assist and prepare budget profit & loss accounts by stores on yearly basis.
•To produce yearly audit schedule for year end audit.
•To prepare ad-hoc reporting requested by superior or HOD.
- Requirements :
- •Minimum 2 to 5 years working experience in handling full set of Accounts.
•Candidates with Retail, Trading and Manufacturing background are strongly recommended - Lowest Qualification :
