- •Update sales data records/control file & sales & purchase activities on daily basis.
•Responsible for accounts payable posting such as inter-companies billings, petty cash vouchers, bank payment voucher, and purchase invoices.
•Prepare monthly management accounts.
•Responsible for local supplier purchase invoice posting.
•Half yearly debtor’s confirmation statement to cash and 3rd party cheque customers.
•Quote foreign exchange rate for back-to-back sales export shipment.
•Create new debtor account in the accounting system.
•Release exceeded credit limit order for branches upon obtained approval from the HOBU.
•Prepare contra note for contra account.-As and when needed
•Back-up function for AR and AP team as and when necessary.
•Other duties as deemed necessary.
- Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
•Knowledge of accounting software (Navision) will be an added advantage.
•Proficient in Ms Office - Excel and Word.
•Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
•Preferably candidate who is resourceful, self-motivated, keen attention to detail and a team player.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong,Shah Alam.
•Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
