- •Issuing of vouchers for Internal recording of expenses and receipts
•Keying in payment and receipt voucher into system (Glovia System)
•Maintenance of files for payment vouchers, receipt’s and other related documents
•Preparation of cheque payment other than vendor payment
•Preparation of telegraphic transfer, Bank Draft or Banker cheque for vendor payment and others
•Preparation of Petty Cash Voucher
•Preparation of ECM data collection for ECM reporting to Bank Negara
•Assist Finance Manager for preparation of Journal vouchers for expenses (Prepaid & Accrual )
•Preparation of official receipts
•Ordering required stationeries
•Preparation of Journal Voucher
- Requirements :
- •Possess at least Certificate in accountancy with 1 year experience in Account or
•SPM with Account subject taken during SPM examination and minimum with 1 to 3 years experience in account
•Able to handle full set of accounts
•Knowledge in Microsoft word & excel
•Possess knowledge of accounting system
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Comfortable working under tight deadlines
