Description :
-Preferably familiar/have working experience using SQL Accounting System.
-Preparing full set of accounts including preparing invoices, credit notes, journal entries, ---payments and journal entries.
-Responsible for bank reconciliations, monthly accounts closing and management reports.
-Generate monthly statement of accounts to customers
-Handling calls regarding account related enquiries
-Ensure completeness of documentation and accuracy
-Liaise with external auditors and company secretary
-Making payments online using RHB Reflex system
-Assisting in payroll whenever necessary (using Quickpay) 
Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting (LCCI or equivalent), preferably with -Professional Qualification
-Able to demonstrate experience in accounting background, bookkeeping and payroll.
-Computer literate, good knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel.
-Familiar with SQL Accounting system
-Relevant knowledge in GST implementation, GST regulation and payment process will be an added advantage
-Have good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision
