- Manage the compliance department of the Phillip group of companies in Singapore
- Oversee the development and enforcement of the Compliance review framework to ensure proper assessment of compliance risk with respect to applicable rules and regulations, internal guidelines and industry standards
- Provide compliance advisory to business units on compliance with laws, rules and industry standards
- Report to the Board of Directors and Senior Management on significant compliance issues and plans for resolution
- Oversee the development and implementation of Compliance training for staff
- Act as the key point of contact with relevant external bodies, including regulators, standard setters and external experts 
Requirements :
- Have financial industry experience and knowledge with at least 5 years of management role in compliance, risk and/or audit
- Familiar with key applicable Singapore regulations (the Securities & Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act, SGX rules, AML/CFT regulations etc)
- Possess good writing and communication skills
- Good interpersonal, influencing and networking skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, able to identify potential issues and work towards solutions
