Description :: - Responsible to handle full set of accounts.
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the financial statements.
- Responsible for ensuring that proper accounting records in accordance with accounting principles and standards.
- Responsible for monthly staff verify claims, payment documents directly / indirectly.
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable review reports and monitor debt collection.
- Responsible for Accounts Payable financial review and monitor the invoice date.
- To study the use of bank facilities, monitoring cash flow and monthly cash projections.
- Keep in touch with the bank treasury functions; consulting BA / TRS and interest rate futures contracts and terms.
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing, calculation of the relevant contributions to the statutory authorities concerned.
- Responsible on the auditor's annual audit and tax agents.
- Responsible for providing and ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of the sales tax returns, annual reports and statistical returns unclaimed monies to the respective authorities.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Professional
- Certification in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent / LCCI
- Proficiency accounting software and also MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Able to handle full set of accounts & work independently
