Description :: • Report to Account Manager, the candidates will play a role in managing full spectrum of accounting functions.
• To oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements and cash management compliance matters.
• Establish and manage the group's internal controls and processes to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standard and requirements.
• To liaise with auditors, company secretary, bankers and other government authorities.
• Verified payment voucher and cheques issues to ensure expenses are properly posted in the accounting system and cheques are prepared accurately
• Prepare monthly management accounts together with related notes, reconciliation report and analysis and ensure timely completion and submission to the Management.
• Assist in preparing and review budget, revenue, expense, invoices and other accounting documents.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
• Assist in daily cash flow monitoring.
• To resolve matters in relation to inter-co transactions.
• Responsible in ensure timely preparation of various account’s report.
• Any other assignments which is assigned by the superior.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience with competencies in cash and fund management, operational and financial analytical experience, as well as good reporting experience in all financial, management and compliance in the manufacturing.
• Able to prepare full set accounts.
• Sounds knowledge in ERP system will be an add advantage
• Sound knowledge of local Accounting standards and procedures.
• Able to converse in Mandarin (read and write), English and Bahasa Malaysia
