Description :: - Prepare the Dfm and mould flow analysis
-Responsible for planning and organizing tooling according to project & customer requirements.
- Prepare and complete tooling progress report from time to time.
- Coordinate activities concerned with mould maker, scheduling and resolving tooling design.
- Evaluate and approve design change, specification and drawing release.
- To monitor with mould maker tooling progress time to time.
- Review tooling repair and maintenance by efficient methods at economical cost.
- To ensure proper and effective tool repair and maintenance.
- Responsible in new tool transfer, buy off in and out.
- Responsible for ensure every new tool transfer in the good condition.
Requirements :: - Diploma/ Degree in mechanical / chemical engineering or above.
- Prefer to have 5 years working experiences.
- Fully understand tooling function.
- Management skills computer literate.
- Solid team player and able communicate well.
- Able to lead and supervise team of supervisor.
- Experience with tooling and moulding process.
