Description :: 1. Perform structural analyses/design and prepare technical reports documenting results, to support tender or construction stage.
2. Prepare design sketches and drawings indicating arrangement and design intent for construction.
3. Check and review design calculations, drawings and reports.
4. Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as clients, consultants, main contractors, architects, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities, environmental agencies etc to ensure successful implementation of the project.
5. To coordinate in the preparation and submission of Final as Built Drawings to the client/consultant.
6. Required to design structures and civil engineering works using the software available in the company and to produce full set of drawings from the design software.
7. Liaising, coordinating and attending site work and site meeting.
8. Research and design for innovative precast, construction methodology and system.
Requirements :: • Possess Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• At least 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing / Construction field.
• Knowledge in Precast Industry is an advantage.
• Strong analytical ability & problem solving aptitude.
• Outstanding organizational & leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills
