Description :: - Oversee day to day operations of the facility
- Provide for site safety and security
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment
- Devise and implement site policies and procedures
- Prepare and file accident reports
- Monitor fire alarm control panels and other emergency equipment
- Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures
- Maintain up-to-date county, municipal, and state licensing
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma/SPM/Certificate in Civil/ Construction/Structural or equivalent
• Min 5 years site working experience in the related field, preferably in Highrise Project
• Able to plan and monitor subcontractors
• Able to monitor the usage of machinery, material and manpower
• Prepare and submit a proper record of site diary, site measurement, site record and site progress record
• Familiar with Architecture & C&S drawing and specifications for construction projects
