a. Document from Production when output transfer to FG warehouse
b. Document to warehouse storage location
c. Document issue to Production, for example : Direct & Indirect material

3.Working environment Improvement
a. 5'S house-keeping
b. Issue Work Order to maintenance for warehouse maintenance
c. Take care & provide training for the staffs of warehouse facilities like scanner, reach truck, forklift.

4.Operation management
Plan for Packaging material , chemical, man-power, working schedule ,storage racking, pallet & etc
a. Production schedule
b. Import shipment schedule
c. Export shipment
d. Local shipment
e. Forklift & reach truck maintenance and repair
f. Incident & accident report & preventive action

5.Report preparation
a. Overtime schedule & report
b. Finished Goods Torn report
c. Forklift & reach truck check list
d. PNR report
e. Monthly Inventory Report
f. Monthly Performance Report

6.Others
a. focus on daily job planning and execution, deal with the supervisor to execute the job and task given;
b. report the status of the task to superior and work closely with DATA team;
c. Plan and execute month end inventory activities for man-power, location, stock count list;
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in managing warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment is a MUST.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel & Word
• Able to OT when required.
• Able to communicate with all levels of people, resourceful and independent.
• Pleasant personality, good working attitude and a problem solver.
