Description :: Will oversee the corporate operations of company which includes but is not limited to the following:

-Developing and managing the current Business Plan
-Development of the company policies and procedures
-Overseeing day to day operations of each department (Operations, HR, Marketing, Business Development, Legal, Accounting).
-Will also be participating in day to day operations of construction projects (depending on candidate background)
- Will work with Legal Dept. regarding outstanding or possible future issues.
Requirements :: - Bachelors degree a must. MBA or Masters a plus.
-Minimum 7 + years of experience in an executive position. Construction or Real Estate Development background preferred but will consider other areas of expertise (i.e. Construction or Real Estate Law, Architecture, Engineering).
- Candidate will possess excellent leadership skills as well as communication, organizational and management skills.
