Description :: -Application for a license for import and export of chemical goods (DG or not DG).
-Develop a standard operating procedure for all sorts of import and export license application for chemical goods in Malaysia.
-Complete routine tasks such as daily report, update client email, and enquiry timely.
-Preparation of a commercial proposal to client, follow up the repayment process and status, and cooperate with the Finance department.
-Identify relevant government agencies, obtain the latest legal requirements from the respective OGA on the import and export of chemical goods in Malaysia.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree/Certification in Engineering (Chemical), Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
-Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Chemical, Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
-Adept with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
