Description :: -Ensure effectiveness, identify daily shipping & FG staff activities are controlled, work in process, traceability & maintain in respective procedures.
- To ensure quality objective of Logistics achieve shipment requirement towards customer satisfaction.
- Re-evaluate OT plan schedule in control & achieve productivity.
- Strengthen discipline among staff to follow company rule & regulation.
- Responsibility to ensure shipping & FG staff to perform work without failure in appropriate education, training, skill & experience.
- To review job scope & Logistic chart plan, identify staff needed & recruit potential staff if any available vacancy.
- Ensure building, workplace, equipment & machinery are proper maintained.
- Review job order, forklift been recorded & able completed on schedule.
- To review staff health been controlled and ensure staff understand and follow ISO procedure which been set and performing task as per expectation
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's
-Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Logistic/Transportation or
equivalent.
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Logistic for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
-Preferably Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
