Description :: Job Purpose and Scope of Position: Secure “one-point-of-contact” for the customers in the region of ASEAN and Oceania.
• Responsible for customer service towards customers
• Work to be conducted according to the company's quality management system, specifically relevant is the quality handbook and its work instructions.

Main task key responsibilities: Describes the main tasks and responsibilities
• Responsible for defined customers with the regions ASEAN and Oceania.
• Receive, create and confirm all sales orders and secure proper shipment planning
• Coordinate with planning department shipments
• Responsible for the contact with forwarders and authorities on order/shipping documents
• Responsible for all shipments out of company
• Handling of certificates, documents and shipping documents. This also includes certificates/documents from official agencies.
• Handle customer specific labels.
• Claim handling
• Maintain Customer Service relevant masterdata
• Participate in ensuring that customer service team in Malaysia and Denmark work close together as one team.
• Assist Senior Customer Service coordinator with various tasks
Requirements :: • Competences/Education: Commercial education and commercial experience within foodstuff material, shipping and customer service is preferable.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma .
• Malay and English verbally and in written.
• Good skills in communication
• Experience within working with ERP system (preferable Microsoft Navision AX , SAP or similar), Microsoft Office , Microsoft teams
• Able to be self-employed working with the daily tasks in cooperation with production in Malaysia and Denmark, cooperation with sales in Singapore and external providers – public as well as private.
• 3 years and above experience in shipping/ logistic/ Transportation
