Description :: i. Responsible for shipment and delivery arrangement.
ii. Responsible for full set export document preparation.
iii. Take responsibility for the shipment from its origin country until the shipment is delivered to the destination warehouse.
iv. Seek innovative ways to improve service and cost, which will include both technological and process improvements.
v. To follow up the documents shipping processes and controls of freight payment and audit system and ensure all document, processes and controls are updated.
vi. Efficiently responsive to customers requirement that related to shipment arrangement and ensure customer's requirement are met.
Requirements :: i. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
ii. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
iii. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
iv. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
v. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
