Description :: - Analyse purchase order prior to the selling price, quantity, incoterm term, delivery date, payment terms and currency
- Discuss with planner the feasibility of the delivery date requested by customer otherwise counter propose alternative date to customer
- Acknowledge the receiving of purchase order to customer and enter the order into the system
- Follow up with planner the status of the delivery date and ensure on time delivery as per committed.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing engineer/ manager to understand and prioritize customers' requirements
- To monitoring Shipment or delivery arrangement to ensure on time delivery.
- Receive/Request forecast order from customer
- Analyse the forecast accuracy versus actual sales
- Ensure prompt response to customers' inquiries, complaints' etc.
- Ensure sales targets are met monthly
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or
equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong communication & program management skills and problem solving abilities
- Knowledge in ERP will be an added advantage
- Preferably with sheet metal fabrication knowledge
