Description :: • Overseeing incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and conditions of shipments
• Determining work procedures, preparing work schedules and expediting workflow
• Determining shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules
• Ensure that schedule for movement of cargo between the point of origin/destination and plant are met in terms of volume and timeliness
• Sure that shipment procedures comply with the regulations of the ports and authorities
• Tracks freight movement and communicates progress and any delays to the production
• Organizes internally prepared declaration and transportation of customs cleared material
• Handles local certification of materials for import, and oversees preparation of periodic customs reports for legal authorities
• Apply or renew export licenses from government authority
• Carrying out all other duties or work assigned to you by your superior
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Logistic/Transportation
• 3 years and above experience in shipping / logistic / Transportation
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
