Description :: • Monitoring and follow up daily Shipping activities according to the work instruction.
• Organize and maintain high inventory accuracy and avoid miss-handling of finished goods that leads to damage and deterioration.
• Ensure Shipping procedures are strictly adhered.
• Periodically review / update Shipping procedures.
• Ensure procedures and instruction are implemented by sub-ordinates.
• Coordinate and monitor of all AEO matters and compliances.
• AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) - Up to date export and import consolidated statement.
• Streamline ISO documentation / Work Instruction.
• Monitoring shipment movement for Import and Export.
• Generate monthly billing and reporting.
• Dealing with liner / freight forwarder.
• Carry out additional tasks that are required by Superior.
• Support another department as and when required.
• Maintain department budgetary
• Well know import and Export procedures
• Knowledge for custom rules & regulation such as IPC & LMW
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
2. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
