Description :: • Lead and supervise the customer team.
• Manage all defects complaints and hand-over services.
• Conduct Pre-Delivery-Inspection (PDI) with Project Team.
• Work closely with other departments in Vacant Possession (V.P.) handover process.
• To develop and manage 1-Stop Service Center (1站式服务站) to provide total customer care solutions.
• Attend to purchasers complaint(s) and maintain good relationship with all purchasers at all time.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, contract requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, Project dept / Contractors / suppliers.
• To provide constant training to a team of customer service crew.
Requirements :: • Degree or Diploma holder with minimum 8 years working experience in customer service, brand communication or marketing.
• Proficiency in CRM system and have in-dept knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Result oriented, self-motivate and good people management skills.
• Good problem solving skills.
