Description :: -Managing of Security Team in daily security operation (e.g. Access Control, Perimeter Patrol, General Security, CCTV management, movement of goods or Loss Prevention Activities)
-Responsible to maintain the duty roaster for all security personnel.
-Responsible to control, monitor and records of incoming and outgoing human flow for Company, Employees; and Visitors/ Guests/ Contractors
-Responsible to control of incoming/outgoing vehicles/lorries/trucks.
-Responsible for all matters/issues in relate to Security and Safety.
-Responsible to conduct other general security and ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
-Required language(s): Chinese, English
-At least 5 years of working experience in the security management in manufacturing/ production operations environment.
-Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent.
-Have serve in Royal Malaysian Police or any Auxiliary Police Organisation with a rank of Inspector and above.
-Must be physically fit.
-Basic computer skills - Microsoft Office
-Be committed and strong inter-personality with hands on experience in managing the responsibilities.
-Able to plan and organize subordinates in the security department to provide guidance /advises overcome the daily assignments.
-Able to coordinate with external agencies on security matters.
