- 1. Monitor all parameter for EN tank and manual adjust pH and Nickel if needed
2. Monitor water for tank 27 until tank 37
3. Add in passivation chemical and change water for tank 27, tank 29
4. Monitor water level for EN tank. Manually add in water or pump out chemical if needed
5. Calibration pump for nickel & Hypo once per shift
6. Adjust EN tank parameter (pH, temperature, timing) if thickness out of spec
7. Always confirm the pump of Nickel, Hypo and pH is function
8. Change tube for controller - Requirements :
