Description :: 1. Responsible for team objectives by planning, optimizing and controlling of the result from materials to increase the profit in the area of responsibility.
2. Define and implement local purchasing strategies by initiating procurement processes and pinpointing approaches to problem-solving in order to secure local (plant) objectives.
3. Responsible for price negotiations and conclusions of contracts for medium to large volumes that contribute to the profitability of the company.
4. Define and implement alternative procurement sources to minimize stock replacement times, inventory levels and costs.
5. Involve in supplier sourcing, selection, evaluation and continued development of worldwide master supplier data on the basis of cross-functional teams to ensure demand is met to the highest possible degree and to implement joint cost objectives.
6. Involve in integration of all procurement-related procedures and to be a competent partner to all internal customers for the early integration of suppliers.
7. Involve in adaptation and implementation of efficient forms of organization, procedures and to ensure rationalization potential in order to optimize productivity and to meet safety requirements by taking operational effects into account.
8. Supervise Supplier Quality Management programs and activities.
9. Responsible for the compliance with environmental, health and safety obligations and to control the fulfilment in the area of responsibility.
10. Ensure that all subordinates are trained, aware of the requirements and acting responsible, including the use of proper safety equipment and personal protective equipment to perform their work safely.
11. Obligation to support on request in cross functional team in touring all areas of the factory for 5s and EHS issues and to develop measures to improve, including organization and waste reduction.
12. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements :: 1. Degree/ Master in Business Administration / Procurement / Supply chain Management
2. Min 3 years in similar managerial experience in Manufacturing Environment in Electronic Industry
3. Experience in SAP MM ( must )
4. Resourceful and able to handle New project Material Requirements
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
