Description :: -Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
1. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities performance
2. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
3. Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy and update in Stock Master List
4. Communicate job expectations and coach employees
5. Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status, checking on Delivery Order vs Purchase Order (item description & qty), to issue GRN and update on Purchasing Master List
6. Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
7. To do receiving for all the items purchase from supplier (except stationery)
8. To compile Material Request Form from all the department and distribute the requested raw material to each individual dept. according to time table
9. To perform monthly stock take and ensure all the item quantity are tally with the Stock Master List
Requirements :: 1. Lifting and carrying equipment and use of forklift
2. Thorough knowledge of inventory control, familiarity and use of computer
3. Ability to organize and track a large inventory
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
