Description :: • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, assisting sales team to handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customers satisfaction.
• To handle customer inquiries regarding company products, pricing and delivery matters.
• Perform customer verifications (based on transaction and credit limits).
• Process customers orders, applications form and requests.
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources / departments.
• Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, complaints and transactions.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments regarding customers enquiry and complaints.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• To perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma qualification.
• Required skills: Microsoft Words & Excel.
• Required language: English and Chinese (must).
