Description :: • Management of legal matters – Providing quality and timely legal advice to avoid and reduce legal risks.
• Drafting and review of contracts & legal documents
• Protection of Company’s rights and interests - Defending the Company and pursuing its rights and interests through effective management and resolution of litigation matters, claims and other forms of disputes
• Compliance with laws and regulations - Ensure the Company’s business is undertaken in compliance with all laws regulations and Company policies.
• Special Projects – Involvement in legal and documentation aspects of special projects of Company as assigned.
• Corporate Secretarial and Board Support – Providing support for a full range of corporate secretarial services including preparation of minutes, agenda and meeting materials, assisting with corporate governance and corporate compliance matters.
Requirements :: • Degree in Law or LLB
• 1 ~ 3 years in legal practice and/or as in house lawyer.
• Prior work experience on corporate, contracts and litigation in legal firm preferred
• Must be able to work independently, willing to learn and is a good team player.
• Understand business aspects.
• Fresh graduate can be considered
