Description :: - Daily coordination on outgoing shipments with freight forwarding and forwarder
- Responsible for export matters, planning and delivery of shipments
- Daily coordination within departments to ensure shipments are plan on schedule
- Prepare related export documentation such as invoice, packing list, BL, insurance certificate of origin (preferential / non-preferential) for a smooth and timely clearance and deliveries
Requirements :: - Basic knowledge on LMW will be an added advantage
- Knowledge on ERP system
- Experience in arranging trucks within Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
