Description :: - Execute and follow up with instructions of senior management.
- Build brand awareness, research and identify key people with local clientele, follow up on all local activities and developments.
- Secretarial duties and organization for senior management
- Schedule meetings, prepare presentations and other related tasks.
- Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
- Prepare general correspondences and reports.
- To keep records of expenses and claims.
- Maintain a filing system.
- To coordinate travel and accommodation bookings when required.
- Communicate with client and/or others in a pleasant and professional manner.
Requirements :: - Candidate must have a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidate must be computer literate especially in Microsoft Office.
- Candidate will be required to deal with sensitive to confidential information is a discrete manner.
- Candidate must be willing to travel.
- Candidate must have own transport.
- Candidate must have a pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Candidate must be willing to learn.
- Candidate must work well with others.
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mont Kiara.
- Preferably candidates with experience in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
