Description :: - Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered and managed promptly.
- Respond to customer enquiries via multiple channels: Facebook, Twitter, live chat, email and call backs.
- Provide a high level of professionalism and friendly customer service to ensure customers are satisfied.
- Take measures to perform damage control to minimize damage to reputation on social media.
- Perform procedures including documented call flows, and complaint management processes.
- Manage online return policy.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements :: - Must possess at least a Diploma in IT/E-Commerce/Mass Communication or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related working experience preferable, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in English is a must (Ability to read and write in Chinese an added plus)
- Energetic, fast learner, self-motivated, responsive and tactful.
- Must be familiar with social media platforms such as FaceBook, Twitter, etc.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office suite.
- Customer-oriented, responsible, positive, pro-active and committed.
