- 1. Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth running of daily operations for Order Processing.
2. Generate sales documentations and provide internal support to the sales team.
3. Monitoring and coordinating customer’s order processing and deliveries.
4. Analyze stock holding level, perform stock ordering and ensure optimum stock level is maintained.
5. Responsible for merchandising process and procuring to fulfill customer requirements, all marketing campaigns and sales promotion. - Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business
Studies/Administration/Management & others or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year (s) related working experience.
3. Possess good communication skills, mature and independent
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
5. Positive working attitude and self-motivated.
6. Preferably specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
