- - Support the stock management process, including processing of orders and analysis and monitoring of consumption and stock levels
- Assist in the procurement process for new products and suppliers, including research and cost-benefit analysis
- Liaising with related inter-department, warehouse operator and transporter
- Modelling of optimal stock levels to be held within the retail outlets, taking into account sales levels and storage constraints
- Ordering of stock from suppliers by raising Purchase Orders
- Tracking of every day ordering by of both company and franchise retail outlets and processing the required paperwork such as delivery orders, packing lists and goods received notes using the inventory system
- Organising and managing the packing and distribution of stocks to outstation stores by liaising with third party logistic provider
- Monitoring of stock levels in head office and the warehouse, including period end stock counts and investigation of any discrepancies
- Assisting the manager with sourcing new product lines and building the relationship with suppliers for initial negotiations
- Perform end of month stock count for stocks held in head office and 3PL warehouse
- Liaising with internal operations, accounting and marketing teams to ensure effective team work
- Assisting with Research & Development of new products
- To visit the 3PL warehouse when required for stock checking or any other task required by the manager
- Coordinating of key performance update for 3PL warehouse and local delivery
- Any ad hoc tasks given by the manager - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in any field.
- Excellent spoken & written English
- Skilled in all MS Office applications, expert in MS Excel and able to model and analyse figures
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Analytical, Meticulous with excellent attention to detail
- Resourceful, enthusiastic, a very fast learner and able to take the initiative
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Able to work in a young, fast paced environment, under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Computer literate – any experience with inventory systems is advantageous but not essential
- A real passion for the Boost brand will be an advantage
