Description :: - Management of all logistics & warehouse matters in a manufactuirng environment.
-Coordinate daily order processing, delivery scheduling and transport arrangement to ensure that daily deliveries meet all customer's requirements.
- Responsible for the checking of receiving/outgoing of goods in accordance to the documentation.
- Responsible to ensure prompt update of all inventory and reports in order to minimize variance between records and physical stock.
- Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
- Execute clerical and administration work for the Warehouse & Logistic Department
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation, Others or equivalent.
- Preferably written and spoken Mandarin.
- At least 5 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Well organized, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Must be able to deal with Higher management and implement strategic planning whilst also involve themselves in practical work on the warehouse floor.
- Coach and mentor team members.
- Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
