- - Oversee all shipping activities for export and coordinate seamlessly with forwarders.
- Plan, establish work schedules, assignments, and logistics sequences to ensure transportation and distribution of finished goods are performed in an accurate, timely and cost effective manner.
- Arrange shipping documentation required for export customers.
- Compile shipping documentation including bill of lading and export paperwork.
- Routes outgoing shipments through various freight forwarders and schedule transportation of shipments.
- Work closely with internal departments especially Production, Store and Marketing to ensure on-time shipment and in accordance to the agreed schedule.
- Responsible for smooth and timely delivery of goods, meeting customers’ expectations.
- Selection of freighting agents / forwarders / transporters and ensure cost effective operations at all times.
- Be the key liaison with Custom / MITI / MIDA on regulatory / exemption / duties and shipment clearance issues, ensure all relevant reports are correct and updated.
- To keep updated on latest government’s policy related to logistic.
- Willingness and readiness to undertake additional tasks within ability to support any execution.
- Meticulous in details with good interpersonal skill
- Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. - Lowest Qualification :
