Description :: - Direct storage and distribution (supply chain) activities of the company to ensure smoothness of warehouse flow
- Ensure products are shipped, distributed and delivered in an efficient manner and in good condition to customer
- To monitor and maintain FIFO system of finish products
- To monitor and maintain ISO documents
- Takes precautions to secure warehouse contents against loss
- Evaluates inventory and take part in company stock take activities (internal & external)
- Prepares and reviews distribution documents, work order schedule deliveries for customer
- Generates and prepares all reports needed by management (monthly transport cost, ageing, inventory report & etc.)
- Maintains and establishes good reputation and contact with transporters
- Monitor and review operational methods to facilitate and encourage improvement
- Follow safety procedures, ensure safe work habits and good housekeeping practices
- Ad-hoc projects assigned by management
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate /Professional Degree in Manufacturing / Logistic / Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Computer literate and good in reporting presentation
- Able to work under minimum supervision, proactive and multitasking
- Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and commitment
- Good interpersonal, leadership, communication and, problem solving, and managing skills
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English,
- Able to travel and work near KLIA 2, Sepang
