Description :: - To be responsible for managing local customers (include Singapore) enquires, orders, complaints, etc.
- To be responsible for the arrangement of transportation for local customers' orders and incoming finished products.
- To liase with local customers (include Singapore customers) and transporters on information regarding delivery matters.
- To analyse and evaluate on transporters performance and trends.
- To prepare all local delivery documents including Sales Order, Delivery Order, COA, etc.
- To update Head Office warehouse stock balance and ensure it is accurate.
- To be responsible for Head Office warehouse management and liase with Purchaser on the placement of incoming local and imported goods.
- To ensure Head Office warehouse is well kept and forklift is well maintained.
- To prepare reports (eg. monthly sales summary).
- To follow up on local and Singapore customers payment.
- To follow up on any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s) : MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- At least 2 years of working experience with some experience in Order Processing / Shipping / Customer Service.
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
- Must be able to work in a team environment, meet datelines, meticulous and responsible.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong
