- -Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
-Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
-Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
-Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
-Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
-Update new hire information for payroll processing.
-Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
-Handle and process employee statutory deductions monthly
-Auto-verify outsource vendor billing versus punch card.
-Handle employee leave management
-Handle employee medical claim and liaise with insurance agency for processing.
-Ensure payslips are distributed on-timely.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Requirements :
- -Must have 2-3 years work experience in payroll process
-Knowledge in using payroll systems would be added advantage
-Able to work independently
-Meticulous and attention to details
-solid data entry skills
-good working knowledge of relevant software
-understanding of basic accounting principles
-strong numerical skill - Lowest Qualification :
