- Manage the movement and storage of stock in the warehouse by developing, implementing and maintaining efficient standard operating processes and methodology  which is also inclusive cost of the inventory, warehousing and transport
- Plan, organize and control the day to day operation and ensure all service level agreements are fulfilled
- Resolve all service level issues in a timely manner and maintain strong customer relationship
- Create solutions and value added services to meet customer's current logistics requirements
- Responsible for the program inventory and system integrity
- Ensure Company Policy is strictly adhered to by all staffs
- Responsible for the timely billing of services rendered Provide timely report of the program performance to higher management
- Perform other job related functions as and when required
- Lead the Warehouse team including employees through the planning and allocation of work, developing and motivating subordinates including follow-up of team and individual performance against targets and objectives aligned with overall company strategy.
- Ensure that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are in place and functioning and that all relevant records are properly maintained including preparing performance reports against warehouse KPI‘s 
Requirements :
- Recruitment and training of staff
- Take disciplinary action on staff when required
- Approve staff leave application, transport and medical claims
- Approve requisition of items for warehouse usage
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post
- Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Knowledge in management of warehouse operations, Vendor Managment and Customer relations Skills, Good sense of commitment, Managing staff professionally, Multi-tasking
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
